Message Resistance will only tell you IF the injector is functioning. The resistance is just a measure of the electrical circuit. If the circuit is damaged or broken then the resistance will be out of spec or unreadable.

The PHYSICAL part of the injector is what you would be talking about. If you really want to eliminate that, pull the injector (not an easy task) and get it flow tested.

If your just trying to pass emissions, try pulling the vaccum line off the fuel pressure regulator and then go get it smog tested. Although I dont recommend this for anything but a quick smog test it DOES work. Your car wont be happy but mine was WAY off the charts and pulling that vaccum line got it passed. Now I just have a guy that hooks me up for a bill and some beer lol.
